The products offered by Trikopia are personalized and individually customized jerseys. Due to the custom nature of these products, there is generally no right of withdrawal, return, or exchange, as each item is produced specifically according to the customer's requests.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only possible in the following cases:

• The delivered product has manufacturing defects or damages
• The personalization was incorrectly produced despite the customer providing the correct information, for example names, numbers, or other custom details
• The received product significantly differs from the original order

Please carefully review your order details before completing your purchase. Trikopia is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect personalization information provided by the customer.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, including photos and a description of the issue so we can review your case.
